  6. Helps w/ detox & to increase circulation 

How much should I have?

  • 2T/day is sufficient to get the health benefits

How to have it?

  • You can have it straight
  • Mixed with water
  • In a salad dressing

*I normally kick off my day w/ 2T & lemon water

What brand do you use?
