Jessamy’s passion and love for wellness grew organically through her own journey embracing healthy living ~ losing 60+pounds, becoming a long-distance runner, and fitness competitor. This paved the way to fulfill some of her life long dreams ~ running in the London Marathon, going to business school, becoming a dual US/UK citizen, starting her own business, and working with some of the most premier organizations in the world.
During this life changing experience, Jessamy realized how integral healthy living was to succeeding professionally and personally and how much she wanted to share this knowledge with others, to help them experience transformative changes in their lives. So, she left the corporate world and started her own business as a wellness consultant, coach, speaker, & writer.
She creates wellness programs for clients and applies her 10+years of professional experience advising CEOs of wellness companies on business strategy, marketing and branding, business development, client relationship management, employee development and wellness programs.
