Jessamy’s passion and love for health and wellness grew organically through her own health journey, educating herself on healthy lifestyle changes, modifying daily habits, and as a result losing 60+pounds, becoming a long-distance runner, and fitness competitor.  This paved the way to fulfill some of her life long dreams ~ running in the 2014 London Marathon, going to business school, and becoming a dual US/UK citizen (Brit born...raised in both the UK and US...she now calls both places her home).

During this life changing experience, Jessamy realized she wanted to share her knowledge and joy for healthy living to help others make transformative changes in their lives.  So she left her corporate life behind and started her own wellness business, and today is a Wellness Coach, Consultant, Speaker, and Writer.

She creates wellness programs for clients to transform their lives personally and professionally by achieving superior wellness.  In addition, she applies her 10+years of professional experience in the corporate world advising CEOs of corporate companies and small businesses on business strategy, marketing and branding, business development, client relationship management, and employee development, and has worked for some of the most distinguished companies in their industry, such as Bridgewater Associates, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Smuggler Inc.

Jessamy is a passionate speaker and writer on topics of well-being, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment for companies, wellness media publications, and social media platforms.  She has spoken at companies such as David Yurman, Soul Cycle, NPR, and Gucci, and partnered with companies like Siggi's, RX Bar, Purely Elizabeth, 22 Days Nutrition, Perfect Bar, Equinox, and Calm Meditation. She has also been featured in publications such as Arianna Huffington's Thrive Global and Runner's World, and interviewed people such as Peter Rahal, the Founder of RX Bar and Soman Chainani, NYTimes best-selling author.

Jessamy is a long-distance runner with highlights including the 2014 London Marathon, 2016 NYRR 9+1 , as well as several other racing events in the UK and US over the past 7+ years; NPC fitness competitor, including competitions in 2013 and 2014; and Arthur Murray trained ballroom dancing instructor.  She also practices ballet, yoga, and pilates.

Jessamy has studied health, disease prevention, and fitness with Stanford University, University of Melbourne, and UC San Francisco, as well as attended various Health Summits on the newest science and research in wellness. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Cass Business School, London, UK. She is an Advisory Board member of both Universities and a contributing member of the REDF Women’s Circle and Cass Women's Global Network.
